  1. Delivery Areas

We offer complimentary delivery within Sherwood Park and surrounding areas in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan Canada. For deliveries outside this region, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for details.

  2. Delivery Timeframe

Once your purchase is finalized, we will arrange delivery within a timeframe agreed upon during your consultation. Typically, deliveries occur within 48 hours-10 business days.  Depending how quickly you would like it done, we prioritize deliveries by need.

  3. Delivery Process

We bring the vehicle directly to your location for inspection and a complimentary test drive before signing the original paperwork, which is ultimately accepting delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

  1. Test Drive & Inspection

If you are not satisfied during the initial test drive or inspection finds that the vehicle is not as described, you may cancel the purchase without penalty. Please notify our delivery representative immediately.

  2. Returns Post-Delivery

Once you have accepted delivery and completed the final paperwork, returns are subject to the specific terms of your financing or purchase agreement. Please consult these terms for details.
